About Me

Hello, I'm Ricki ( my given name is Erica) I have been Ricki my entire life, and I've dedicated the majority of my life to caring for others in various roles – as a loving daughter, devoted wife, nurturing mother, and compassionate nurse. Throughout these years, I've found immense satisfaction in being a caregiver and making a positive impact on the lives of those I've touched. It also came with a cost to my wellbeing. I didn’t take very good care of myself. Life has its twists and turns, and as I approached the milestone of turning 50, I found myself facing significant changes. My children had left home, and I went through the challenging experience of a divorce. It was during this period of transition and self-reflection that I realized something crucial: it was time for me to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

Second Act Women
